How much does it cost?

It costs nothing to sign up and start getting to know your way around the portal. Once you have decided which features you need you can start to add them at any time. Features are priced individually, details of which can be found here - Nimvelo Phone Pricing.

When do I start to pay?

Any features you add now will be free until the end of the month. You will then be billed on the 1st of each month thereafter. If you decide not to continue with all or part of the service, simply remove the unwanted features and you won't be charged.

What about calls?

You will normally need to pay for any calls you make (outside of any inclusive allowance) by purchasing credit in advance. However, we believe you should be able to try before you buy, so your new account will come pre-loaded with a small amount of test credit to get you started.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Absolutely not. Nimvelo Phone is a month-to-month service. There is no contract or long term obligation. You are billed on a monthly basis for the features you have added and if you remove them you will not be billed again.
